Faith Wolinsky has been practicing law since 2004 and joined our firm in 2019. She has primarily worked in civil litigation defense and now specializes in professional malpractice defense of physicians and other providers, healthcare facilities, and hospitals. Ms. Wolinsky has experience defending licensed healthcare professionals in California State Board investigations and hearings.

Undergraduate School: San Francisco State University
During law school Ms. Wolinsky was a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Timothy Reardon at the California Court of Appeal; prior to attending law school she was employed as a research assistant on epidemiological studies at the University of California, San Francisco.
Ms. Wolinsky is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts and the United States District Court, Central District.
