Faith E. Wolinsky

 

Faith Wolinsky has been practicing law since 2004 and joined our firm in 2019.  She specializes in civil litigation defense including all aspects of discovery, law and motion, and trial practice.

 

Ms. Wolinsky received a Bachelor’s Degree (magna cum laude) in Anthropology in 1995 from San Francisco State University and earned her Juris Doctorate in 2003 from the University of California at San Francisco, Hastings College of the Law.

 

During law school Ms. Wolinsky was a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Timothy Reardon at the California Court of Appeal; prior to attending law school she spent ten years as a research assistant on a number of epidemiological studies at the University of California, San Francisco.

 

Ms. Wolinsky is admitted to practice law before all California State Courts and in the United States District Court, Central District.
